Our state-of-the-art manufacturing process, Precision
Coating, applies measured doses of platinum group
metals to the tightest tolerances achieved in the
industry.
Combined with our advanced catalyst formulations,
Precision Coating enables us to provide zoned catalysts,
with two or more formulations applied to the same
substrate. These products can achieve desired emissions
reductions by targeting the most appropriate precious
metal to its optimum position on the catalyst. This
offers the opportunity to reduce total precious metal
usage, as well as permitting greater flexibility in
system design.
